Don’t SickleThat Foot

Quite a subject for a moon day. but I’m mourning the loss of being able to reach for my toes in many of the seated asanas. It turns out that aside from having wobbly ankles, I also sickle my  left foot .So back to the drawing board, and tell those toes to point  up, while you are counting breaths, holding those bandhas, and keeping that drishti where it should  be. It’s important to tell yourself what to do instead of what not to do! My knee yelled at me big time during Mari D on  Monday, so modified from now on. More time to  focus on breathing  deeply right?
