Liberation

So many of us are under impression that slavery is in the past and an old part of human history. maybe some think that slavery only randomly happens in areas of extreme need and hunger. And we would be so wrong to think that only hungry and illiterate people sell their children and their women into slavery. In our very own back yard children and young women are sold for meth, crack or OxyContin. Or cash. The sellers can read and they are well fed. In our own back yard, some dirty cops guard the brothels for a cut or for the use of the slave. Eastern European, Latin, and Chinese young women are kidnapped and enslaved under the guise of smuggling them into Europe or America with promises of jobs.
