Mr. Darby

Yesterday http://grimmly2007.blogspot.com/ posted these great youtube clips of Mark Darby breaking down jump throughs, Jump backs, and downward dogs. It was so helpful and clear that I could not wait to go in today. It is not that I did not know or I was not told before this, it is just that sometimes my brain just finally catches up with the words and the visuals and it clicks when it is darn ready and not a day or minute before that. So thank you Mr. Darby and Mr. Hall for helping me complete led primary again after like two months of one thing or another.
