Ah, Contrast

Today teacher gave me (maybe re-gave me because I lost my marbles around that time and could not remember if she did or not) Supta Padangushtasana. Then she went ahead and gave me Ubhaya Padangushtasana which made me so happy because it is one of the three asanas in the second half of primary which I can actually do and enjoy at the same time. Unfortunately I discovered yesterday after watching a video ( I know, I know…) on the proper way to get into Utthita Parshvakonasana B that I am not even close to doing an approximate imitation of what is supposed to be going on there!! I thought I had one side solved but no, right twist is non-existent, and left twist is plain wrong. Back to the drawing board..
