Mini Book Review

photoI’m no graphic designer but I thought the cover was lovely. Shades of gray & bright orange, what’s not to love? Specially love the asana names and the “chapters” printed in orange.

Really useful for revising and checking your count, your inhale and exhale procedure.

Only 3 big changes that I could notice (for the way I was taught, at least):

1) There is no arm balance after Utkatasana before jumping back.

2) What we call Savasana is no such thing, it is simply “take rest”.

3) The only place in which  a Cakrasana exit was mentioned was in Supta Padangusthasana.

  1. There should also be a Chakrasana after Setu Bandhasana, Urdvha Dhanurasana, and Uttana Padasana. I wish there was only one 🙂 Bring your book tomorrow and maybe you can have Sharath sign it. I caught him after class and he signed mine.
