Loved this! The debate of need versus want from a mindfulness perspective on getting stuck in traffic! I’m laughing because, this feels like it was written just for me:) yet we all suffer from the same state of thinking we deserve our unicorns exactly when we want them! I hope my brain lets this great advice sink in!
I think this advice is like asana, you have to practice it daily otherwise you get stiff!
